Unleash your creativity to heal, refocus and connect deeply with the divine within you
THE ART OF TRANSFORMATION FRAMEWORK
Experience a transformative journey with the Art of Transformation Framework, a life coaching program that utilizes neuroaesthetics, therapeutic art and positive psychology to help women unblock their creativity, deepen their connection with the divine within, and rediscover their sense of purpose.
Neuroaesthetics is the study of how art, creativity and beauty impact our brains. By bringing neuroaesthetic principles into life coaching, the Art of Transformation programmes help you to tap into the subconscious, fostering personal growth and self-discovery in truly fascinating ways.
Therapeutic art has long been recognised for its healing properties, allowing individuals to express themselves creatively and explore their inner thoughts and feelings. Therapeutic art is a central component of the Art of Transformation framework, a powerful tool for self-exploration and emotional healing, paving the way for personal transformation and growth.
Central to the Art of Transformation Framework is the incorporation of positive psychology principles, which focus on fostering strengths and virtues to enhance well-being.
MY JOURNEY
I have always worked with women and been passionate about women’s issues. In my twelve years in academia, I have mentored numerous women artists, researchers and makers. I have supervised graduate projects and written a lot of words about gender and creative media, about women in film, sexuality and body image, and about the role of the arts in health and wellbeing.
I have supported talented and gifted young women in their struggles to get an education and build a career, while raising a kid, or while going through financial difficulties. Many were barely keeping their heads up after a grueling breakup, others were dealing with loneliness and abandonment.
Women are resilient, and we are always told to be independent and strong. We are taught to be prepared for the worse. We are expected to hang on there and just smile along. We internalise that on no account should we ask for help. But women need other women.
It truly saddens me to see women with huge potential wither and become invisible, because they lack guidance and do not have someone, another woman, who believes in them enough to hold them accountable.
We need other women as mentors. We thrive with guidance from other women who are creative, experienced and kind. We need women role models, and we need other women who believe in us.
Working as a mentor and life coach I realised that coaching approaches were not always taking into account women’s realities, how they survive relentless mansplaining, and how they tackle hostile, sexist environments at work and sometimes within their own families.
So I decided to do something about it. To really do something to help other women, in the way I was blessed to have been mentored by clever, resilient and kind Goddesses. I decided it’s time to ditch all the overgeneralised coaching nonsense – women face unique challenges and this is why they need focused coaching, coaching that helps them rediscover how amazing, brilliant and creative they are, how truly divine they are. This is why I am offering you my new approach that allows me to combine a set of key skills from my career in art, academia and mentoring, and use these valuable experiences as my superpower. A superpower that helps other women shine.
I believe that we create the future with the beauty of our dreams and the conviction of our actions.
My mission is to guide you take action that will bring the future that you dream of, with compassion and kindness. Being a transformational art life coach fulfills my greater purpose to make a real difference in the world, and it the lives of many women.
I look forward to meeting you :)
With love

FAQ

Simply, its focus on challenges that women face and disproportionately to men. This is not a programme that just empasises positivity and resilience. With compassionate coaching and direction, you will be led to tap into impostor syndrome and recurring feelings of self-doubt, into codependence and will learn strategies for setting healthy boundaries, and you will come face to face with your ‘good girl’ mandate. Practicing radical self-care unapologetically you will discover how to nurture your inner Goddess, how to connect with your true self and feel more empowered to step into your own path and embrace change.

I am a Doctor of Philosophy, not a medical doctor, which means that I hold a PhD from a top University. My research and academic writing are all about how women connect with each other through stories, arts and media to become more empowered and create change in their own lives, and the lives of their communities. So although I cannot prescribe a remedy for you, I can help you seek meaningful solutions and support you in your journey in a pretty informed way.

I am a painter and a real person, so I suppose this makes me a real artist. Isn’t it amazing that someone can be more than one thing? You can see my most recent artwork at Saatchi Art Gallery

I am glad you asked, I am not a therapist. This also means that when I evaluate that your circumstances may need a higher level of support, which I am not suitable to offer, such as trauma therapy or other therapeutic intervention, I am happy to refer you to a professional who can help you.I use therapeutic art as part of my life coaching, and I have studied the principles of psychology.
